Dragonstorm: Wilde Hairs got back to me.

So Saturday we played the local Dragonstorm campaign.
Not much done in the way of fighting, I prefer that.

A lot of investigation and finding out things.  Some work and of course Xedar! I wasn't feeling much in the way of really having fun with Arsin.. it could be fun later tho if he patronizes Xedar again.

Secret: Barnaby is a huge elementalist, the town is on a web of earth elementals... He just uses them to take stock of what is in town...

Arsin, looks around for a while (Matt was sleepy)  Alegatta (she is in winged cat form!) and Mara played... very interesting ways of thought and fliration.   Ahh a girl with a whip. lol...

They met the Jenkins Boys that live on the Sheen farm. Martin and Charlie (who bit Martin) and also.. Kurk Dooglass, their father. They hate Barnaby as he'd trounced Kurk and ran Charlie and Martin out of town for moving drugs through Maybry.

The Cartel (no name) has burned their farm. They were traffikers and hate Barnaby...
They saved Martin who was on death's door, released the spirit of the most angry Charlie and rescued Kurk.  More to come...

Christina (Mara) hit me back recently:
As requested, here are my thoughts on the game.

Character: Mara
Player: Christina

IC Thoughts:
Barnaby is very helpful and surprisingly open in some ways.  (She always
expects people to be cagy.)
Aligata just gets more interesting.
As always, she and Arsin, without really communicating their intentions,
split up and get different but compatible information.

It's too bad about the Sheen farm.  Mara wonders if the Jenkins boys really
stole from the cartel or if the cartel was trying to steal from them.
She'll find out soon enough.
Being a woman with a whip apparently opens all kinds of doors.

Tiny makes awesome tattoos and Barnaby has nice-looking scars.

OOC Thoughts:
I love the setting.  There are plenty of plots to keep us busy for a long
while and, as before, I like how everyone has a back story.  Barnaby seems
to be honorable in his own way and I like the varied composition of the
Hairs and The Pack.
I also like the balance of combat-not very much, to RP-much more.  :)
