Fam 

I have been working hard.  Got an A in my last class.  Work has been beating me up but not down, and I have been going to the gym and eating right .. ok semi-right.  

How have you been?

Lately it's been hard to push through stuff.  Alot on my plate and more on the horizon.  I got kinda shook for a minute, thus I didn't write.  Kept my head down and kept moving. 

I guess it bees that way sometime huh?  WE plod on till the day is done or something stops us and we don't notice the journey.  I am on one of self improvement and appreciation.. What type of journey are you on? Have you stopped to take a look?  I think that is one of the most important things we can do today, this Humpday.   Stop and look around.  Realise all those pressing things are not really that important in the long run.  And while you've got the time, sort it out and put it in place.
