Humpday of being on the road to recovery 61417

“A single day is enough to make us a little larger or, another time, a little smaller.” ― Paul Klee (goodreads.com)

Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word happy would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness. It is far better take things as they come along with patience and equanimity. Carl Jung

“Take a shower, wash off the day. Drink a glass of water. Make the room dark. Lie down and close your eyes. Notice the silence. Notice your heart. Still beating. Still fighting. You made it, after all. You made it, another day. And you can make it one more. You’re doing just fine.” ― Charlotte Eriksson (goodreads.com)

Fam,
I went to the doc yesterday and no boot afterwards.  It was my decision really, to walk with or without but he'd pointed no repercussions would be there just growth and getting back to 100%. So to keep the boot in case or not.
I chose not, and wondered if it was a mistake. Since it's healing and I'd walked without it before it should be good right? So decision made, choice taken and I walked along.

Well, the leg decided not too much.  Got more pain than usual, stiffness, soreness and realize it could be mental.  That boot had begun to be a hated crutch.  And that's where we start today's Humpday.
All the struggles to get to this day have been a crutch this week.  We got through and will keep going fam. I think that, yea Monday was bad.. Tuesday made me sick (allergies) and today is Humpday..

Lets decide to let it go and get to stepping.

If we don't change that thought or those feelings they will follow you and I don't want to go there anymore.  So today, I am walking and it don't matter if it hurts a little or if I am tired.. I am still walking.
Fam, I find that walking is honest and simple.   You put one foot in front of the other move forward each time.  No matter what you get the same result in a foot or inches and just like progress, or growth you measure your gains by that too and .. see.. honest and simple.   Keep that in mind today, each step is your first or the start of 10,000.  Each step you move further to your goal .. and today being Humpday, move toward the end of the week. Get up, get out and get through.  If you see the camel, poke him in the eye like the Stooges, as he starts to sound like Shemp, yell Mike knows his name!

Speak Truth Motivate. (working on if I should drop the tion?)
