Welcome to Milwaukee and lake effect weather. Today is supposed to be sunny and around 70!??!, but I got on a hoodie just in case. I don't trust it often, Milwaukee's weather that is, I prepare and take the lumps when I can. Its easy to remove the jacket and step out in the sun! With last humpday, I had a friend tell me she thought I was in Ireland cause it was always raining in my posts. Ha!
Fam, I have an NSV (Non Scale Victory). I have started a new part of my job. Problem Resolution, basically being third tier. I can now start to fully see what duties I perform totally. Training has been and I may be harder on myself but I think I could do better. Also I saw my doc yesterday and my bones are healing per the x-rays so way better than April until now. Less popping and more walking. Some balance issues, nerve damage is still healing but on the whole I am still whole!
Even better than I was the last time baby (Chance the Rapper-I'm Good) I wanted to tell you, fam, that this weekend I also made a PR (Personal Record), I lifted 210 on press/fly machine.
Whoo hoo!, the price is a bit of sore shoulder, but I did it. (Now to go back down in weight and move the arms back so bigger range of motion.. or at least I am thinking to do that. )
This week I plan to stick at 190 with bigger range instead of push 210. I know I can do that but my decision has been made to bigger range instead of heavy weight in the long run it's good... AND that's where we start fam. It doesn't matter the decision, just decide. You may have a ton of things going on and many are critical. Decide on a course and follow the path. Per my path I am thinking to do certs now and start degree later.
*Shrug* I say make a decision, stick to, go through and get through. Revisit at the end and only look back to see how far you've come.

I figure that means even if you decide on a wrong course of action, you learn from that before it's too late and change course?
